Personal log, stardate 63800.9 – I have been going over the information collected by my staff for the past two hours, correlating it into some form of intelligence report. True information is sketchy at best and with a lot of it, I have felt apprehensive at reading the finer points of detail. It seems that my staff share my obsessions for lack of a better word with the finer points and details and I realize that it sounds odd, but throughout my career, I haven’t known many operatives that share it as well as my staff; perhaps it’s because I haven’t known many people and I certainly hope there are those on this ship that appreciate it – computer, disregard that last sentence.

With the information leading to several conclusions, I am placing this particular report in command hands to decide which conclusion is most likely. Being in the field, you’re only responsible for one person, and I don’t envy their position to make a decision for the entire crew, sometimes more.
