Turoc entered the security office and saw the chief security the man who would be his boss in his gravely voice he said "Greetings fellow warrior, I'm Turoc elder of the blood blade klan and your assistant, is there anything you need done." finally someone I can truly think of as an equal this Andorian shall make a worthy sparing partner he thought to himself.
Ador turned to the large Yajuta. "Yes Ensign I do require an explanation for your actions earlier. I have already been put under scrutiny due to your scuffle with the Master Chief. I want to hear your side of the story." He said in a stern tone. His eyes never left the Ensigns. He was gauging the Ensign seeing what kind of man he was.
"She shot me and attempted to burn me alive because I set the phaser targets to fire back to improve her combat effectiveness." he replyed with a mixed look of hope and announce. the fire in eyes the fire of a warriors souls mixed with a hope hope of acceptance from a fellow warrior, and a longing to belong and an undying loyalty and duty.
"Let's get something strait Ensign. Your motives were admirable however without warning there is a limit to what we can do. Also, by setting the targets to fire back the Master Chief took it as an attack on herself, that put you in the wrong. In the future until we get you fully briefed on protocol refer any one needing phaser certification to me or the armory officer. I can't have my assistant being punished when I need him covering my six. You savvy?" Ador said with a stern tone to make sure the point got across that he wanted no further incidents but that he understood the Ensign.
"Understood sir, I only wish everone onboard unstood as me as you do, I belive two proud warriors like us shall a great team I look foward to serving with you." turoc responed in his gravely voice with jead head bowed slightly.
"Now as to my plans for our department. I am putting all of the fleeties through my training program. Here is a synopsis. First I want you to lead them through the a Marine Obsticle course set in the Vulcan Desert. I'll run them through a my Andorian Ice climbing program." He said with an evil scarred grin. "Ensign run them hard. I want them fit for phase two. Run them through till everyone makes it through within three minutes. They will hate us for it but as an ancient earth officer once said'...the more you sweat in training the less you bleed in battle...'. In phase two we'll get all of them rated as sniper with all starfleet weaponry including the ballistic weaponry. Phase three will be hand to hand training. I want all my staff to be qualified to be an MSOG Marine." He said with another evil grin.
"Well Ensign are you up for this challenge? I want live troops but hard-assed troops. That's how I run my department. I need to know if you can handle the great responsibility that has been given us." He said with rasp in his voice at the last as he remembered the battles he had seen.
"I'm ready, but I'm not sure it will be much of a challenge for me at least." Turoc responed with an evil gleem in his eyes, "They will make in two minutes if any of them I shall resign my commission, they shall be the best troops in the fleet when do we start." he said exstending his large hand as a jester of commraderie and mutual respect.
"Excellent Ensign. Take Beta shift immediately through the course. We'll have this bunch of yahoos shaped up within the month." He said as he took Turoc's hand. He could work with this man he was rough arround the edges but had the fire he could work with. "Let's get to it Ensign." Ador said with a scarred and painful looking smile.
